With humble beginnings in 1956 as a pushcart along old Upper East Coast Road, Palm Beach Seafood Restaurant is now a bustling and popular spot at Fullerton Bay.
For their 60th Anniversary, they tasked us to create a coffee table book that would share their journey to where they are today, with interviews with former and current staff and recipes for their most delightful dishes.
