	Leading the Way for Asian ChocolateAccessible bean-to-bar chocolate made Mr. Bucket a rising household name. After slowly outgrowing their identity, we partnered with the team for a refresh that could keep pace with their ambition.

The challenge: convey Mr. Bucket’s inventive and genuine spirit, while giving it the weight and polish matching its high quality, handmade craft.

Designing with Mr Bucket’s customers in mind, we created the brand’s full suite of packaging to feel almost collectible: nice enough to display in one’s home in full sight. As a champion for quality Asian chocolate, every choice was made to set a new standard for artisanal chocolate packaging in this highly competitive segment.

Leveraging on Seek Sophie’s unparalleled ability to offer rich, localised experiences across the region, we sought to help them settle into their renewed position as a force that’s encouraging people to embrace a different form of travel, far and away from the expected travel packages. 

By working very closely and collaboratively with the Seek Sophie team, we developed this energetic brand identity that truly reflects the spirit of Seek Sophie and their&#38;nbsp;mission and purpose that travel should be a force for good.

	Bringing the world closer through filmAnticipate Pictures is a Singapore film distribution company seeking to make a difference — with a focus on exciting independent films, cutting edge arthouse cinema, and the most revealing documentaries from around the globe. &#38;nbsp; With a belief that local audiences deserve to see award-winning films that are not just enjoyable but thought-provoking, over the years, Anticipate has brought a score of amazing films to Singapore, screening them at The Projector, Oldham Theatre, The Arthouse, SGIFF and other independent cinemas. For the past 7 years, I’ve been working with Anticipate Pictures as the creative lead, re-interpreting the beauty of each film in graphic form.

	Occupying level 2 of a shophouse unit in Little India in Singapore,&#38;nbsp;Eat Snake is a multi-functional space, accommodating a wide range of events, from lively music parties to engaging workshops, pop-up events and intimate private dining experiences.

When LAANK was working on the interior design, we worked with them to add some graphic accents in the form of posters, murals and mirrors, as well as created merch for the space.&#38;nbsp;

I also worked on some event visuals like Forbidden Fruit, a creative market, as well as Snails, a slow community event.

	The Art &#38;amp; Science of TeaGryphon tea is a distinctly Asian artisanal tea blender with almost 100 years of family-owned heritage. Their&#38;nbsp;approach to tea is a beautiful and harmonious blend of creative artistry, inquisitive experimentation and precise optimal ingredient pairings and brewing times. While the brand has taken leaps in developing their teas, their traditional packaging didn’t reflect their inventive spirit, making it a challenge for customers to differentiate them from other tea brands.&#38;nbsp;We explored ways to express the balance of artistic and scientific — drawing inspiration from artistically composed still-life, bringing in botanical elements that reflect the ingredients, arranged in precision, almost like research specimens.

	Honestly Sourced, Mindfully MadeCedele was founded in 1997 as an artisanal bakery with a sincere passion for using natural ingredients. What started out as a single bakery café has grown into a large chain of 20 over outlets across Singapore serving a wide variety of healthy food options. Having spent the last decade focused on growth, the success came with its own set of challenges. While Cedele’s goal of offering nutritious food at accessible prices remains unchanged since day one—the brand’s chain-like ubiquity and impersonal brand identity had eroded its brand equity. Detracted from its artisanal philosophies, would-be customers are left unaware of its attractive proposition. 

With Cedele’s increasing growth, we aimed to help the brand retain and showcase their roots—to reinstate a spirit of continuous exposition, personable attitude, and the delivery of little special moments to customers. We embarked on a journey of returning Cedele to that first bakery (they still are), that had started it all.

	No Harm Done is a home-grown capsule coffee brand focused on Asian flavours; aimed at providing an alternative to various 3-in-1 options. Most importantly, as a brand, they are 100% plastic free and socially responsible by supporting elderly in social isolation with ethical sourcing.We designed a set of packaging that has breakthrough shelf presence and immediate appeal with clear positioning. The design direction and identity system scales from packaging through to their website as well as various other key customer touchpoints.

	Rice is Asia’s alternative voice. From sex workers to politicians, contemporary art to street food, they’re a content platform bringing fresh perspectives and bold commentary on everyday life in Asia.&#38;nbsp;

RICE needed a clear, distinct voice right from the start. One that rang truer than establishment headlines and tabloid fodder.

With this in mind, I created an identity for RICE that is offbeat yet accessible, as well as put in place a visual identity system for their various platforms like editorial articles, IG and Youtube.
Within 2 years, they’ve captured more than 2 million page views.
